ZIMSEC Raises the Bar as 2025 A-Level Results Drop

The Zimbabwe School Examinations Council released the 2025 Advanced Level examination results nationwide. This release marks another historic milestone for Zimbabwe’s education sector. Professor Torerayi Moyo, the Minister of Primary and Secondary Education, announced the results officially.

Notably, this is the third consecutive year without examination leakages. As a result, public confidence in national assessment systems continues to grow. ZIMSEC has therefore set a new national benchmark for examination integrity.

STRENGTHENED SYSTEMS SAFEGUARD EXAMINATION INTEGRITY

This achievement reflects the professionalism and vigilance of the ZIMSEC Board. The Board consistently prioritises credibility, transparency, and accountability. Through stronger security frameworks, ZIMSEC reduced examination malpractice significantly.

In addition, modern monitoring systems improved oversight across examination centres. Strict accountability measures further reinforced trust in the assessment process. Consequently, results now accurately reflect learner effort and merit.

VISION 2030 DRIVES EDUCATION EXCELLENCE AND NATIONAL CONFIDENCE

The success aligns closely with His Excellency President Dr. Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa’s Vision 2030. The Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education continues to drive policy alignment. Vision 2030 places quality and inclusive education at the centre of development.

Meanwhile, educators and security stakeholders actively protected examination credibility. Their collaboration preserved Zimbabwean qualifications’ regional and international standing. Ultimately, the nation celebrates a system that works and leadership that delivers.
