TS Galaxy’s off-field troubles continue to mount, with former head coach Sead Ramović escalating his salary dispute to FIFA, a move that could plunge the club into deeper administrative turmoil.

Ramović, who resigned from his post in November 2024 following a poor run of results, has since had brief stints with Tanzanian giants Young Africans and Algerian outfit CR Belouizdad. While Galaxy publicly stated that the Serbian tactician had stepped down voluntarily, sources close to the matter have revealed that internal discussions included a settlement agreement.

The coach was reportedly promised a three-month compensation package upon his departure — a promise that, according to insiders, remains unfulfilled. Ramović has now formally lodged a complaint with FIFA, and the world governing body has acknowledged receipt of the case.

Should the dispute remain unresolved, Galaxy could face further sanctions, including additional registration bans — a scenario that would compound their existing challenges.

The Rockets are already operating under a FIFA-imposed transfer ban stemming from a separate case involving Liberian striker Jegbay Morris. Morris signed a three-year deal with the club but was never granted a work permit. Galaxy declared the agreement null and void, but FIFA ruled in the player’s favour, enforcing a three-window registration ban until the settlement is paid.

Ramović’s case adds to a growing list of contractual disputes involving TS Galaxy, particularly with foreign players and coaches.
