Manchester United have reportedly been offered the chance to sign a star from the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in the January transfer window.
The Red Devils were not expected to make any major signings during the month of January, although the were reportedly keen on signing Antoine Semenyo before he joined Manchester City.

However, Transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano has reported that Nigeria and Besiktas midfielder has been offered to the Red Devils this month.
“One player that is offered to Manchester United is Wilfred Ndidi,” Romano said on his YouTube Channel.
“The former Leicester City midfielder, who is now playing in Turkey, is being offered as an opportunity for this January transfer window for their midfield.
“Offered in the sense that the player will be keen to return to the Premier League,” he explained. “Manchester United are aware of this chance, but at the moment Manchester United have not made any bid or offer.”
“The player is ready in terms of contract side even to accept what it takes to go back to the Premier League.”
The midfield has been area of concern for the Red Devils, having been linked with Nottingham Forest’s Elliot Anderson and Brighton and Hove Albion’s Carlos Baleba in the last transfer window.
