Following the departure of defender Olisa Ndah from Orlando Pirates, the Siya crew has insight into his potential next move.
Ndah parted ways with Pirates last Thursday, after he made a request to be released early from his contract.

“The Nigerian international requested an early release from his contract, a decision that follows careful and respectful discussions between the player and the Club’s management,” the Buccaneers said in their statement.
“Central to these conversations was a shared understanding to afford Ndah the opportunity to secure regular game time elsewhere as he enters the next phase of his career.”
Unlike South African players or players who already have obtained the country’s citizenship, Ndah’s options in the Betway Premiership, as a foreign player, would be narrowed by foreign quota rules if he harbours ambitions of playing for the remaining five months of the season.
The 28-year-old defender’s representative, Mike Makaab of Prosport International, has suggested to the Siya Crew that they are looking for opportunities for the Nigerian to start playing immediately.
Among the top clubs in the PSL, after Kaizer Chiefs signed the likes of Paseka Mako and Thabiso Monyane from their arch-rivals Pirates, the Glamour Boys could be out of the equation at this stage, with their foreign quota already filled, with Fiacre Ntwari, Inacio Miguel, Makabi Lilepo, Etiosa Ighodaro, and Flavio Silva in their roster.
Mamelodi Sundowns have also exhausted their foreign allocation, with Marcelo Allende, Miguel Reisinho, Brayan Leon, Arthur Sales, and Nuno Santos registered for the second period of the season.
AmaZulu, who have been the destination of choice for most PSL stars from the big teams, would appear to be suited, as they have one foreign spot available, with only four players registered as non-South Africans: Gustavo Lopes, Mason Mushore, Thandolwenkosi Ngwenya, and Elmo Kambindu.

Stellenbosch, meanwhile, who lost the services of Ismail Toure and are yet to renew the contract of Thabo Moloisane, have two foreign slots available for the second part of the campaign, while Sekhukhune United have used all their allocated foreign spots.
To potentially find a big team in the country, Ndah would have to wait until the end of the season, but after leaving Pirates to get game-time elsewhere, he would want to hit the ground running, as suggested by his agent, Makaab, to this publication.
