Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Miguel Cardoso was not too pleased with his side after dropping points against Al Hilal in the CAF Champions League on Friday night.
The Brazilians drew 2-2 with the Sudanese giants at Loftus Versfeld, with the visitors finishing the game with ten men as well.

Cardoso was not happy with how his side allowed Al-Hilal back in the game after Teboho Mokoena put Sundowns 2-1 up just after the hour mark.
“Fortunately, we can only complain about ourselves, so many formations created and couldn’t score a goal (winning goal) and I think they entered our box two times and scored, pretty naïve from our defence,” Cardoso told SABC Sport after the game.
“This is the level of football where you cannot make those kinds of things, you have to finish the game make the first goal, we had more than enough chances and then also we need to be clinical in the box.
“This is really serious too serious in terms of responsibility and incapacity to score, and just that because we played the game, we controlled, we had total control. I think we had more than enough today to have a victory.
“We cannot expose ourselves to be penalised by one situation, there was nothing more on the game rather than that situation.
“The game was there but didn’t play the way you had to play, we scored a goal, but we knew we had to be cautious and patient that are situations you have to score. But suddenly you’re winning and you allow a goal like that and we created much more than we need to really leave the emotions out be clinical, make the goal as it should’ve happened there.”
