Romanian champions FCSB have reportedly revealed that Siyabonga Ngezana will return to action in the UEFA Europa League.

Ngezana returned to the team on 15 January following his Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) duties with South Africa.
The defender was a key figure for Hugo Broos’ side as he played a full 90 minutes in all four of South Africa’s games at the tournament.
As such, he was granted a period of extended rest by his club and returned a week after South Africa were eliminated by Cameroon in the Round of 16.
The ex-Kaizer Chiefs man did not feature in FCSB’s 1-0 defeat to Arges Pitesti, but he is expected to return to the team when the defending champions face Dinamo Zagreb in the UEFA Europa League.
According to Digisport, FCSB confirmed Ngezana’s availability for the crucial European clash, which comes amid an apparent defensive crisis.
“Ngezana is 100% ready to play. Chiricheș is not with us; he had back problems and could not make the trip. But it is important to have [Ofri] Arad and [Andre] Duarte with us, to be with the team, to train with us, even if they cannot play. Duarte has been here for a few days and can help Ofri with the adjustment,” FCSB coach Elias Charalambous said.

The South African will likely call on Ngezana to partner either Joyskim Dawa or Daniel Graovac, with ex-Tottenham Hotspur defender Vlad Chiricheș remaining sidelined with injury.
