Kaiyuree Moodley is enjoying the taste of an extra sweet victory after winning the 2025 Blu Label Unlimited Ladies Challenge at Sun City on Saturday, 25 October 2025, securing her first Sunshine Ladies Tour win.
A simple tap-in putt was how she won this title, but it was not that easy to start with, and Moodley, speaking on the Sunshine Ladies Tour’s Facebook page, said after her win that she is still taking it all in.
“I don’t think it’s really kicked in yet. I saw the scoreboard on the 18th hole. I made a really clutch par on 17, so I had some good momentum, I guess some good, some bad, but it hasn’t kicked in. And I’m really excited that I was able to play well this week.”
Moodley went on to say that it was at the 10th hole where things started to go better for her.
“I started off really rocky. Unfortunately, I think I was minus seven after the first nine, which meant I was minus one from the actual point. So, just struggling to get off the tee, really, things didn’t feel like they were kicking.
“And then I think I got a breath of fresh air on the 10th tee box. And kind of my group really helped keep me positive and keep me going for the rest of the night.”
