Milford FC moved to the top of the Motsepe Foundation Championship table after defeating Highbury FC 2-0 Sunday afternoon.

Menzi Chilli opened the scoring for the visitors after three minutes before Mjabulise Mkhize found the back of the net in the 65th minute to seal the win.

The win sees Milford jump from third to top spot, while Highbury find themselves in seventh position.

Kruger United registered a fourth win in the Championship after defeating Casric Stars 3-2 on Saturday afternoon.

Goals from Kgopotso Zitha, Bongokuhle Maphumulo and Manquba Zwane guided United to three points on the day.

As a result, Kruger have moved up to third spot, level on points with Stars and one behind Milford.

Leicesterfield City 1-1 Baroka FC
