Sundowns resumed league action on Tuesday and secured a late 1-0 win over AmaZulu FC in Durban.

The Brazilians will enter the clash in second spot after Orlando Pirates moved top on Saturday following their 3-0 win over Kaizer Chiefs.

Miguel Cardoso’s charges will come up against a Sekhukhune side who were last in action over the weekend when they defeated University of Pretoria in the round of 16.

Coach Eric Tinkler was not pleased with the overall display from his side on the day and will be hoping for a stronger showing this afternoon.

The two sides met last month in a league encounter in Polokwane, where Sundowns registered a 2-0 win.
