TS Galaxy defender Patrick Fisher says he has settled in well at the club following his move from Cape Town, crediting the welcoming environment and strong leadership structure for helping him adapt quickly.

Speaking to the media recently, Fisher reflected on his first few months at TS Galaxy, revealing that the transition has been smoother than he initially anticipated.

“It’s been like four or five months now since moving from Cape Town,” Fisher said. “And like I said, settling in here at TS Galaxy is very easy because the chairman is always there for you, the coach is always there for you, and the players are very welcoming. So, it’s kind of been easy to settle down, which is good for me personally.”

The defender’s comments highlight the stability within the Galaxy camp, where players are encouraged to feel supported both on and off the pitch.

Fisher believes that such an environment has allowed him to focus fully on his performances.

Having now found his feet at the Johannesburg-based Mpumalanga outfit, the player is eager to repay the faith shown in him by delivering consistent displays.

“I’m just looking to give my best for TS Galaxy and to do my best and to hopefully get a bigger, better move overseas or to a bigger, better club in Africa,” he added.

While he has ambitions of testing himself at a higher level in the future, Fisher emphasised that any potential move will depend entirely on the work he puts in now.

“But that’s all up to us as players to just give our best every day because you never know who’s watching. And that is great to see with TS Galaxy, that opportunity is there for you every day, anytime. So, you must just be ready for it and to take your opportunity when it comes,” he said.
