From what i have observed.the blue car had already entered the intersection hence he was now acceralating without noticing the speeding kombi…so from my own point of view the kombi driver was totally wrong

on this spot I have witnessed 3-4 involving combis.A new law which state that a combi driver in guilt until he/she proves being innocent. they will approach intersection with caution. The blue vehicle was already in the intersection but these speeding drunkards
