Young Africans 1-1 Al Ahly

Al Ahly remain top of Group B in the CAF Champions League following a 1-1 draw against Young Africans on Saturday afternoon.

The Egyptians claimed victory against Yanga seven days ago in Cairo.

However, the Tanzanians broke the deadlock on the stroke of halftime courtesy of a strike from Ibrahim Hamad.

Al Ahly did get back on level terms on the hour mark, with Aliou Dieng finding the back of the net in what could be his final game ahead of a potential move to Valencia.

AS FAR Rabat 1-0 JS Kabylie

AS FAR Rabat bagged their first win in Group B after defeating Josef Zinnbauer’s JS Kabylie 1-0 on Saturday night.

The Moroccan only managed a 1-1 draw with Kabylie in the reverse fixture last weekend in Algeria.

However, Rabat were able to secure maximum points this time around thanks to Hamza Khabba’s solitary goal in the 74th minute.

Rabat have moved up to second spot in the group, while Zinnbauer’s charges sit bottom with one point from four matches.

Petro Atletico 0-0 Stade Malien

Petro Atletico and Stade Malien could not be separated after playing to a goalless draw on Saturday evening.

Benny had the perfect chance to secure the win for the hosts on 79 minutes after being awarded a penalty, but the midfielder was unable to convert.

Malien remain top of Group D, while Petro find themselves in third spot.
